Jim O’Bryant, founder, owner and lead builder of O’Bryant Development, has been crafting custom homes in the Shoals Area for over 25 years. Born and raised in the Shoals, an alumni of Sheffield High School, Jim brings a deep understanding of the community and a passion for quality construction to every project. He personally oversees each build, ensuring that every home reflects the highest standards of craftsmanship and care. Under his leadership, O’Bryant Development continues to earn a reputation for excellence, integrity, and personal service. Steven Green
Steven Green, co-owner of O’Bryant Development, and jr. builder, brings a unique and modern perspective to homebuilding through his diverse background across the U.S. Military, construction, and information technology industries. A former U.S. Marine and retired Army veteran, Steve also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems Security and currently works in the IT field locally as a Chief Technology Officer. His expertise in project management, lean manufacturing, safety and technology enhances the efficiency, innovation, and precision of every build. Born and raised in the Shoals Area, an alumni of Central High School, Steve is committed to continuing the O’Bryant legacy with a focus on smart design, technological integration, and operational excellence.
Kassey Green
Kassey Green serves as the secretary, office manager, and marketing manager for O’Bryant Development, bringing organization, creativity, and strong leadership to the team. Born and raised in the Shoals Area, an alumni of Deshler High School, Kassey holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and has a well-rounded background in retail management, human resources, payroll, and financial operations. Her experience ensures the company runs smoothly behind the scenes while maintaining a strong connection with clients and the community. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for service, Kassey plays a vital role in the continued growth and success of O’Bryant Development.
